Drawing on its five international subsidiaries – four in Europe and one in Morocco – Bouygues Immobilier continued its cautious growth strategy in 2014. The goal is to become a benchmark player in Poland, where Bouygues Immobilier is ranked fifth in the residential property market, and in Morocco, a market with a very bright future.
Belgium: growth in housing development activities
Bouygues Immobilier Belgium, a subsidiary created in 2004, continues to expand its operations. Growth potential in the local property market is helping Bouygues Immobilier to strengthen its foothold in residential property developments and increase its residential property market share in the Liège and Brussels areas. Bouygues Immobilier’s strategy involves being closely attuned to the local market in order to offer developments that meet demand, as well as customised services such as the Invest&Zen package of guarantees and services for investors.

MOROCCO : TAPPING OPPORTUNITIES IN A HIGH-POTENTIAL MARKET
In 2013, Bouygues Immobilier and Bouygues Bâtiment International, a Bouygues Construction subsidiary, set up a joint venture to work on a neighbourhood development project in Casablanca. The project comprises 13,498 m² of office space and 450 housing units, which will be delivered as part of the Casa Anfa urban development project. The goal is to create a new central business district for the city.
Bouygues Immobilier plans to establish a lasting presence in Moroccan cities.
