Green Office® Rueil
Located in the heart of the mixed-use development zone in Rueil‑Malmaison, west of Paris, and designed by Jean-Michel Wilmotte, the new 35,000-m² Green Office® building gives priority to the well-being of the 2,000 people who will work there. Features such as bioclimatic design, thermo-active slabs, natural light and photovoltaic panels offer savings combined with comfort. Proving attractive to customers, these characteristics ensured that the building was let six months before handover.

Green Office® Nanterre: 35,200 m2 of energy-efficient office space in the Paris region
The second large-scale positive-energy office project in France, Spring® is a global benchmark for sustainable construction. Located in Nanterre, west of Paris, Spring® was the first building in the world to win BREEAM® International Outstanding certification for the design phase.
Green Office® Bordeaux: positive energy on the banks of the Garonne River
A seven-storey Green Office® building will be handed over in Bordeaux, south-western France, in 2016. The 11,500-m2 building will accommodate the new headquarters of Caisse d’Epargne Aquitaine Poitou-Charentes bank. It was designed by Architecture-Studio, the firm behind the European Parliament and the Institut du Monde Arabe in Paris. Green Office® Bordeaux will be located on the banks of the Garonne River in the new Euratlantique business district.
